Angela Regalado, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Angela Regalado, MSN, APRN, FNP-C has joined Carolina Caring House Calls as a nurse practitioner. Designed to increase healthcare access for patients who are experiencing a serious illness, the House Calls program serves patients living in 12 counties including Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Lincoln, etc….

Regalado earned her nursing degree from Gaston College in 2011, and then her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Gardner-Webb University in 2017. Following her time at Gardner-Webb University, while continuing to work part-time, Regalado decided to pursue a higher level of education and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2021. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

With over 12 years of experience, Regalado has worked with all age groups in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Before joining Carolina Caring, Regalado met patients’ healthcare needs as an RN in a variety of settings from Nursery/Pediatrics to Neuroscience/Stroke Unit, Home Health, Emergency Care, and Patient Triage. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has continued her work by caring for patients in family practices (Primary Care) located in rural health settings.

Regardless of the setting, Regalado’s approach has always remained the same.

“Every person matters and deserves quality, individualized care to help them live the best quality of life possible,” Regalado said.

“My goal for each patient is to make them feel respected, heard, and like they matter. I may not be able to solve every problem that is presented, but I will always do my best to provide the highest level of care that I can.”

Regalado is a caring and compassionate provider, who believes in offering all patients exceptional care by meeting them and their needs where they are.

Angela is the proud mother of five children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, reading, taking walks, working out, crocheting, playing with her dogs, and watching movies.

“Nursing is something I was drawn to since I was a child. I have always felt the need to make a difference in the lives of others by helping and serving them the best that I can.”
