Pediatric Life Enrichment: Theo's Gift
Theodore Mello lived 8 years on this earth with his mom, dad, and sister Lilly. He lived life with fullness and joy. He loved being outside and camping with his family, he loved the stargazer that shined on his bedroom ceiling, and he loved the Tennessee Vols and watching football with his family. His bright blue eyes and infectious smile made him impossible to forget. He touched so many hearts and was such a gift to us all.
In December of 2023 Theo and his family celebrated Christmas as a family with the help of Carolina Caring nurses and the Carolina Caring Foundation. The team was able to provide gifts, Santa and many memories. This Christmas was one of the Mello family’s greatest memories. This Giving Tuesday supports Pediatric Life Enrichment through “Theo’s Gift”, a fund established so that families facing the same circumstances can celebrate their child’s life at Christmas, birthdays or any time of year.
Adult Life Enrichment:
Imagine life without the essentials: food, heat or personal care items. You can make a difference in someone’s life by donating to our Life Enrichment Fund.
We provide holistic care for our patients and try wherever possible to meet unmet needs not related directly to medical services so they can live as independently as possible. We also strive to fulfill end of life requests like travel, weddings, baptisms, and celebration of life opportunities.
