Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Social Worker (MSW or BSW) to join our team, providing exceptional care to patients and families in the Charlotte and Mecklenburg County region. In this vital role, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients navigating the challenges of serious illness, ensuring they receive the best possible care in the comfort of their homes.
Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of one year of social work experience in a health care setting required. Palliative Care, Hospice or Home Health care experience preferred.
Required Degree:
Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
