Carolina Caring is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to oversee corporate compliance and ensure adherence to all State and Federal regulations, standards, and policies governing Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial business activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accreditation, managing risk, and developing strategies to uphold the highest standards of ethical and legal compliance across Carolina Caring and its subsidiaries. The Chief Compliance Officer will work closely with leadership to implement effective compliance programs, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

Minimum Experience:
A minimum of five years’ experience in the field of healthcare compliance. Experience with regulatory audits and investigations.
Required Degree:
Minimum of a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required. A bachelor’s degree with additional education in the areas of healthcare compliance and/or legal areas may be considered. Certification in Healthcare Compliance preferred and must be obtained within two years of hire.
