Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse for the position of Director of Hospice House. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Hospice House, ensuring that our patients and their families receive the highest level of care.

Minimum Experience:
Must have five to seven years of clinical experience to include a minimum of one-year acute hospital experience and two years of hospice/home health experience required. Hospice inpatient facility experience and at least two years supervisory/management health care experience preferred; must have strong understanding of end-of- life decisions and the ability to understand complex equipment and procedures.
Required Degree:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – bachelor’s or master’s degree strongly preferred. Must have a current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license. Must maintain CPR certification.
