Carolina Caring is seeking a Vice President of Serious Illness Care to lead and oversee the administrative functions of our Serious Illness Medicine programs (Palliative and House Calls). This role is responsible for ensuring the continued growth and success of these programs by developing strategic initiatives, managing daily operations, overseeing budgets, and leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient care. The Vice President will also focus on staff recruitment and management while ensuring compliance with governing agency regulations and standards, all with the goal of enhancing the patient experience.
Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
5-7 years of experience in related activities preferred. Understanding of Medicare Part B services and billing. Experience with ACO and Population heath preferred.
Required Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in business, health care management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
