Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and qualified applicant to support and coordinate the development and growth of the volunteer services program. The position involves participating in the recruitment, training, coordination, and retention of volunteers, as well as supporting all Carolina Caring hospice patient and caregiver needs through volunteer services. This position will work out of our Gaston office.
The ideal candidate for this role will be people oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills along with:
Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
One to three years’ previous experience coordinating or managing volunteers, teaching/training, public speaking, community engagement and hospice experience preferred
Required Degree:
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
