Carolina Caring is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position supports the daily operations of the HR department and contributes to a variety of essential functions, including onboarding, pay administration, benefits, employee development plans, evaluations, and leave management.
We’re looking for a collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting both employees and internal HR processes.
Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
Two to three years’ experience in Human Resources or closely related field required. Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems is preferred.
Required Degree:
Bachelor’s or associate degree in human resources in related filed and/or a minimum of two years of equivalent experience is required. SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
