Our House Calls program is dedicated to breaking down barriers to healthcare. By bringing essential medical services directly to patients’ homes, we ensure that individuals can access convenient care.
Cardiac Care
Our Advanced Cardiac Care Program integrates the latest medical advancements with compassionate support to help patients with advanced heart failure live richer, fuller lives.
COPD Care
Managed by a clinical team and supported by physicians skilled in respiratory medicine, the care we provide is designed to treat the advancing stages of COPD in whatever setting you call home.
Grief & Healing
Grief counseling and supportive resources is offered at no cost to families of hospice patients for up to 13 months following a death. For the community, our grief services are provided at no cost to anyone who has experienced a loss due to a death.
Cardinal Kids
Cardinal Kids is a community-based healthcare program for children who face serious illnesses. Our goal is to help children experience joy despite their medical challenges and to provide families with the holistic support they need to navigate their child’s healthcare journey.
Specialized Programs
If you’re struggling to manage a serious condition, our specialized care pathways can help. At Carolina Caring, we offer specialized programming for veterans as well as individuals with congestive heart failure, COPD and dementia.
