Carolina Caring is seeking a qualified and experienced Benefit & Leave Manager to oversee employee benefit plans, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation programs. Based at our Newton office, this role may require occasional travel to the Gaston office as needed.
The Benefit & Leave Manager serves as the primary liaison between employees and insurance providers, ensuring seamless communication and administration. This role will also coordinate, and support all leave of absence cases and workers’ compensation claims, providing expert guidance while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Minimum Experience:
Two to three years of experience in related activities required. Must be capable of performing job responsibilities. Proven experience as a benefit administrator. Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health, dental, disability, etc.)
Required Degree:
Bachelor’s or associate degree in human resources or related field and/or a minimum of two years of equivalent experience is required. SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
