Director, Professional Relations
Service Area: Alexander & Iredell Counties
Carolina Caring is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Director, Professional Relations to serve the Alexander and Iredell County areas. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and referral sources to support our mission and increase awareness of Carolina Caring’s services.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about community outreach and possess excellent communication, presentation, and strategic relationship-building skills.
Employee Type:
Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of five years’ experience in health care is required. One to three years of marketing experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred.
Required Degree:
A bachelor’s degree in business management (emphasis on marketing) or various health care disciplines is desirable.
