How We Can Help Your Patient

At Carolina Caring, we offer a range of programs designed to support your patients and their families. These services include:

Hospice Care

Carolina Caring offers compassionate hospice care to individuals nearing the end of life. Our interdisciplinary team adopts a holistic approach, addressing patients’ physical and emotional needs. We also provide support to families and caregivers.

House Calls

Our house call program brings essential medical services directly to patients' homes. In doing so, we break down barriers to healthcare access and reduce hospitalization rates at facilities in our region.

Cardinal Kids

Cardinal Kids is a community-based healthcare program that supports children facing serious illnesses. Through specialized medical and emotional support, we help families make the most of their time together.

Congestive Heart Failure

Developed in collaboration with the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation and the American Heart Association, our Advanced Cardiac Care Program is one of the nation’s first palliative programs that focuses on supporting patients facing advanced heart failure.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Our palliative program for COPD provides patients with pharmacological and holistic interventions designed to manage breathing problems and anxiety.

Dementia

To support patients diagnosed with dementia, we develop a personalized plan of care that manages physical and emotional symptoms as the disease progresses.

Veterans

As a Level Four Partner of the We Honor Veterans program, a collaboration between the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we are committed to expanding healthcare access for veterans across our 12-county service area.

Specialized Palliative Medicine Programs

As a leader in palliative medicine, Carolina Caring offers a range of specialized care pathways designed to enhance patient outcomes.
